Angela Woodhouse and Nathaniel Rackowe present their research phase 2 at Oxo Tower gallery as part of TCCE ‘Inside Out’ Festival October 2015. The work will premiere at Canary Wharf One Canada Square as part of Winter Lights Festival 2016.
